This condo is located on the second floor of Casa del Mar, a gulf-front property that sits just across Seawall Boulevard from the beach. The grounds feature two tropical pools (one of which is seasonally heated), palm-lined sundecks, grilling and picnic areas, and laundry facilities. When you're not swimming or fishing at the pier, you'll be within a three-mile drive or bike ride of Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and the Historic Pleasure Pier.
The beautiful views will inspire you to kick back, unwind, and find complete relaxation. Step out onto the oceanfront balcony to sip a cold cocktail, play cards at the bistro table, and admire the sweeping view.
Inside, you'll find every essential for a memorable beach vacation, from central air conditioning to complimentary WiFi. There's a compact kitchen where you can whip up easy meals when you're not dining out on the town, a small breakfast bar, and an oceanfront living room with a TV (with both cable and streaming capability). In addition to the bedroom and living room's queen-size sleeper sofa, there's a sleeping nook in the hallway that's perfect for a child.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
