Apartment located in San Adria de Besos, BARCELONA. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Barcelona center. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. A few minutes walk from the CCIB Barcelona International Convention Center, Forum beach, Llevant beach, Diagonal Mar shopping center, Barcelona Forum, Museum of Natural Sciences, in front of the Barcelona Engineering University, Marina Port Forum. 20 minutes by taxi or car and 35 minutes by public transport to the LA SAGRADA FAMILIA BASILICA. Air conditioning and heating.

Always respecting your privacy. The building has 24-hour video surveillance in all common areas, the apartment also has video cameras at the front door and on the balcony.
Don't smoke inside
Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment. If you feel like doing it, go out on the balcony. We would like to keep the flat smelling nice and fresh for our next guests. Disrespect could have extra high cleaning charges and guests who smoke will be asked to leave the apartment. And they will not receive a refund.
Don't waste energy
We kindly ask you to turn off the lights and air conditioning or heating units every time you leave the apartment.

Respect the neighbors! Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 p.m. Try to avoid slamming doors and making noise in the hallways. Please note that neighbors may call the police. something we all want to avoid.
