I had an incredible stay at Morgans property! From the moment I arrived, their hospitality was evident—they went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect.
The property itself was immaculate, with spotless rooms and all amenities thoughtfully maintained. Every corner of the space reflected care and attention, making it a comfortable and relaxing environment.
I highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free experience. Thank you for providing such an amazing stay! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay in Klamath Falls. The little house was perfect. We loved the outside ambiance and will definitely stay there again if ever back in Klamath Falls.

Great house. Clean. Beautiful area. Friendly hostess.
Needs to rely on fans, but they are adequate.
Carpets are stained and could be replaced in the upstairs.
Our stay at this property was disappointing. While it was relatively clean, the house showed signs of neglect with stained carpets, bad smell from carpet, and an overall worn condition. The biggest issue was the lack of adequate air conditioning, making the living areas, kitchen, and main bedroom unbearably hot. The single bathroom was also cramped. Although there was an AC unit upstairs, it didn’t suffice for the rest of the house, leaving the temperature between 85 to 90 degrees. This made it impossible to relax, forcing us to leave during the day to escape the heat. A rental should provide a comfortable environment for rest, and this property failed to meet that basic expectation.
Everything was pretty good. The only recommendation that I would give is to put more air conditioning in the home. There were abnormal hot temperatures and the home was above ninety degrees inside at night. It was kind of difficult with four kids. I can handle pretty much what ever but the children were not stoked. Other than that everything was great and as advertised. Thank you
Close proximity to our time at Crater Lake and in our way to Bend. The house was cute and had a great location( we have 4 adults and 4teenagers so a little tight ).
We enjoyed the Thai restaurant, yogurt shop , brewery and farmers market in our short stay .
That Thai was great .
Overall a great place to stay. We enjoyed it very much. Comfortable living area and beds, great coffee/dining area. Needs new carpet but they probably just haven’t got to doing that yet. Would recommend.
We just had a quick overnight on our way home from Reno. Didn’t have a whole lot of time to check out the area. Restaurant recommendations were helpful. The pizza place I went to was amazing. We loved your porch with the big oak tree, lights, and double doors
My spouse and I enjoyed our stay at our Hillside Property in Klamath Falls, OR. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The indoor decor was uplifting and cheerful. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The owners carefully posted everything that we needed to know about the house so there was no confusion about anything. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom were a bit steep being a senior, but would be no problem for any other age group. We'll definitely be renting this house again when visiting our Klamath Falls family!
Perfect place, perfect location! The fall colors were incredible! The owner was so nice and accommodating! Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Klammath!
We stayed for one night on our way to Crater Lake. The house fit our needs perfectly. It was I nice town with plenty of restaurant options and a quiet neighborhood.
This house was very nice to stay in. The kids enjoyed the upstairs. It’s close to downtown. We saw 3 deer in the morning at the neighbors house. I found it to be peaceful.
Very cute home. The owners went above and beyond making sure to add all of the little details and extras. From the different ways to make coffee to the extra fluffy towels, it was very well thought out and appointed. The bed downstairs is one of the best I have ever slept in. SO comfortable.
Parking could be a bit challenging if you have more than one vehicle, but we had one on the gravel and one on the street so it worked out.
We live in a hot place surin g the summer and there was a bad heatwave happening during our stay. I made an assumption that there was AC throughout the home but did not think to ask and it wasn't listed. No false advertising, but rather an error in the assumption made on my part. There was an AC unit in the window upstairs and some fans to use for downstairs. Just something to keep in mind in the summer months if you don't tolerate the heat well.
All in all a fantastic stay and we would definitely stay again!
