Explore its amenities: four expansive decks furnished for relaxation (three of them are covered), a vaulted ceiling, and a reverse floor plan that positions the kitchen, dining area, and living room on the upper floor to maximize enjoyment of the vibrant Atlantic colors and beachfront scenery! The kitchen boasts a generous granite countertop breakfast bar with seating for five. The nearby dining area accommodates six guests. Each level is equipped with its own thermostat for customized heating and air conditioning.

Every bedroom is outfitted with a sliding patio door that opens onto the deck, providing magnificent views of the ocean or the Intracoastal Waterway!

On the second floor, the King Master bedroom features a private covered deck that overlooks the Sound and includes an en suite bathroom. The first floor includes another Master bedroom with a Queen bed, an en suite bathroom, and access to a private oceanfront deck and walkway to the beach. Additionally, there is another Queen bedroom on this level. Next to it, a room with a Full/twin pyramid bunk bed shares a covered deck and connects to the third full bathroom via the hallway, which also houses a full-sized washer and dryer.

Each of the four bedrooms is equipped with a flat screen TV, while the living room features a 50” flat screen Roku smart TV. The property also includes four DVD players, a Roku Express for television entertainment, and wireless internet access.

After a day of fun at the beach, unwind in the spacious enclosed outdoor shower measuring 8’x 8’, complete with hot and cold water, along with a changing area.
