This house has you covered with plenty of fun and games for the whole family and easy access to shopping and restaurants. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood with nearby access to the Midland Trace Trail and onto the Monon Trail. The fully fenced in backyard is a great space for the family or enjoy playing the Nintendo switch and a few rounds of foosball.

✔ Located on the 1st floor - Private office with standup desk that fully adjusts to accommodate different personal preferences throughout the workday for stand-up or sit down. This is a great property where I aim to have all my guests feel very comfortable and relaxed. Entertainment, food, shopping, recreation is all so easy to get to from the house. If you just want to stay in and watch movies and play games, the house is all-set.
