In May of 2022, this tiny house was brought to life by me and my grandfather. Set on family property, safety is important here on the Newman Ranch. Video surveillance of the road stays on 24/7. The closest swimming hole/put in/takeout “Little Mill Creek” is roughly 8 minutes, (with truck/suv) Warm welcoming, peace, and comfort is our goal. Set yourself into a journey in The Ozark National Forest.

A couple things I would change. I would put a fan somewhere to circulate air. There is air-conditioning tho. I would also put maybe a small privacy curtains on the the beds. Other then that I had a great experience.
Would be 5 stars across the board... but the hot tub was empty!!! We were at Shores Lake doing trail maintenance for the OHT and were really looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub on Friday and Saturday night.
I’m on a trip home from Oklahoma to New York. I’m driving a truck with a 14 foot trailer and this tiny home had plenty of property park. I was allowed to drop the trailer off earlier so I can enjoy the surrounding land and they were happy to allow me. Everything was clean, the mattresses and pillows were so comfortable, I wish my two days were more.. I highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.
What an awesome experience and place to stay. Property is calm and relaxing. The house was clean and modern. Water pressure and A/C and all the little details were perfect as well. It was a mini hotel room, but out in the country. It was delightful. If we ever get back to that area I would rebook this site in an instant. It was so perfect.
It was a really nice property. The hot tub worked great and there was wood to have a fire in a fire pit. Bring your own chairs. There is a huge field that our dogs LOVED!!!! We loved it!
The owner was great to work with, the property is beautiful, hot tub clean, and the house fully stocked! We used this as a home base to go out and see several waterfalls and it was a perfect location!
This tiny home was perfect! They have utilized every inch of space. Perfectly decorated. Located in a beautifully peaceful area. The hot tub was amazing!
They had everything I needed, the tiny home was clean, well taken care of. The space is exactly what is advertised and exactly what I was looking for. Communication was great and timely with the managing host. Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine after a day of hiking 😊
We were so happy to find this place online, and couldnt wait to come stay. The photos don't do this justice and we were blown away with this Tiny place. The moment you drive up and relaxing atmosphere will take over. The home is very well equipped and has nice features for all ages, my Miniature Schunzer also enjoyed it. Not to forget the Hot tub it was an amazing getaway for sure, will be back for sure!

Be sure not to use wire road if you’re leaving and going in the west direction, Silver Bridge is closed down. You’ll have to use highway 64. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask!
Why they chose this property
At age 23 I built this house myself, everything besides sheet metal and spray foam insulation was me and my grandfather. I put what seems an unimaginable amount of hours trying for perfection.
What makes this property unique
It’s 210 square feet and has 90% the amenities of a standardized house. Please be in mind the cleaning fee includes the maintenance of the hot tub. At the beginning, I also thought owning a hot tub wouldn’t be a nightmare :) But man does it feel worth it when you get to enjoy the warm water 🫠
