Sleep peacefully in this beautifully decorated condo with waves lapping the shore as your lullaby. Then wake up to the call of sea birds and the warm South Texas sunshine! Every comfort you’ll need for your beach vacation is here. A fully stocked kitchen that faces a gorgeous glass top dining room set and a plush living room. The kitchen features glass sliding doors which lead to one of your private balconies – a great place to watch the sunrise! After a fun day of fishing, wind surfing, shopping, or relaxing on the beach, stop by the game room and play a few games before heading up to watch the sunset from your bayside balcony!

Condo Rules:
-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 6 guests permitted, this includes infants and children. NO Exceptions
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors.
-No pets allowed
-NO candles allowed in condo
-Unruly behavior will not be tolerated
-Failure to abide by Sapphire or house rules may result in fines and/or eviction
-There will be a processing fee of $50 for any cancellations through Vrbo.

"At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. Prime location

Nicely modeled condo beachfront property. Great for families! Enjoyed fishing and being close to ocean. Highly recommend. Property managers were communicative and accommodating!

Amazing Property and Hosts

Unit was absolutely amazing. Fantastic ocean and bay views. Property was clean and well taken care of. Hosts could not have been more accommodating. Smoke alarms went off temporarily and Sylvia was all over it getting maintenance to the unit almost immediately and showed great concern for our inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again given the opportunity. 6 Stars!!!

Wonderful stay

Everything I have to say about this place is fantastic. Great communication, great Condo that looks exactly like the pictures. The view is breathtaking. Great amenities, specifically the pool. Easy beach access. The beach was amazing also - clear water and beautiful sand. We had a great time! The owner went above and beyond for us on a special request as well.

Nice place to stay

The Sapphire is a nice condo. That was our second time to stay there.They were having issues with AC and Internet in the building, but they had a lot of people working on fixing it until it was fixed. All the staff there were really nice. The kids loved the pool, and the beach was right past it. Lots of jellyfish this time of year. 3 out of 4 of us were stung. Luckily there is a water hose at the end of the boardwalk for the condo and we could spray it off right away. The hot tub helped it feel better, too. Overall, very good vacation.

Summer Vacay

Fabulous condo for our annual family trip to SPI. Clean, beautiful, and spacious with spectacular views of the ocean. We look forward to many more stays here.

Annual trip to The Sapphire.

Our family loves the beach, and we always stay at The Sapphire. Out of all of the condos we have stayed this condo was the best. It had a warm and inviting atmosphere and the wagon really helped us out so much. The views of the beach and bay was absolutely breathtaking. We had an amazing view of the fireworks while eating dinner on the balcony. The manager was very understanding when we were 30 minutes late with checkout. I would definitely recommend 2501!!!!
