Condo Rules:
-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 6 guests permitted, this includes infants and children. NO Exceptions
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors.
-No pets allowed
-NO candles allowed in condo
-Unruly behavior will not be tolerated
-Failure to abide by Sapphire or house rules may result in fines and/or eviction
-There will be a processing fee of $50 for any cancellations through Vrbo.
