Ocean View Colonial located just 4 houses from the beach! This 100 year old home is loaded with charm and was the queen of the shore in its hey day.
This WHOLE HOUSE charming ocean view, 7 bedroom, 4 bath house had the 1st floor completely remodeled in 2022 and now the 2nd and 3rd floor is going through a complete remodel and will be ready for the summer of 2023 (pictures for 2nd and 3rd floor should be available April 1st)!!. Perfect for couples and families, this rental is compromised of 2 separate units and each has its own full kitchen, in unit washer and dryer and central A/C.
You can enjoy a fantastic view of the beach & ocean from this home's large front open porch or the 2nd deck. Either is great for summer entertaining.
Located conveniently on 11th Ave, with 2 dedicated parking spots, in family friendly Belmar. This house welcomes you and your family, friends or reunion to ocean living. No need for planning a full day at the beach, come and go as you please with the 10 beach badges and 8 backpack beach chairs provided. Don't worry about salt or sand, rinse off in the outside shower, then come in and put your feet up to watch the surf or surf the web.
