This house is a short distance from everything you could want to do in the Poconos! In the community are Lakes, Beaches, fishing, tennis, hiking trails. We are close to ski resorts, ATV, casino, spas, golf, white water rafting, pubs, long and short hiking trails, and so much more!

FIVE COMFY BEDROOMS, TWO FULL BATHROOMS & A SAUNA!

The Master bedroom is private and peaceful in the back of the house with a queen-size bed.

Four more bedrooms include:
• A queen bedroom with a dresser
• A family-sized bedroom with both a Double bed and a Twin-sized bed
• Another family-sized bedroom with both a Double bed and a Twin-sized bed
• A cozy fifth bedroom wit a double bed
• Three pristine full bathrooms are all newly-renovated and offer showers and a tub (upstairs)
All beds include blankets, comforters & pillows.

Linens:
Pillows and blankets are provided, Bedsheets and towels are not. Bring linens from home or rent fresh, sanitized linens for Pocono Linens that will be at the door upon arrival!

Other things to note
Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns prior to booking. We welcome friends and family, and the primary renter for each group must be 25 years or older.

Please note that this is NOT a party house and we ask that guests be respectful of our neighbor and observe quiet hours of 11pm - 8am while outdoors.

Well-behaved and housebroken pets under 50 lbs are welcome with a $50 pet cleaning fee. More than 1 pet per stay is subject to prior host approval.

There is an insurance waiver and a $35.00 registration fee paid directly to the community after booking your reservation. Please take a few minutes to complete both forms so they are not forgotten Thank you!
