Private 1 br/1ba guest suite walking distance to Sloan's Lake and 2 blocks from popular restaurants like Sloan's Tap & Burger, The Patio and Odell's Rooftop Brewery! Easy access to downtown - hop on the light rail 1 block away to access Broncos Stadium, Coors Field or Ball Arena!
Getting the unit ready for June reservations, These pics are with staged furniture. I will have all brand new furniture you will be one of the first guests to stay! Has full washer/dryer combo. Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave. Treat this as a 1BR hotel suite.
We live above in the townhome separate from the unit. Unit is completely locked off with it's own entrance. We are quiet and respectful.
