Comfortable House on a quiet private road 0.5 mile to Southold town center. Would work well for a small family or two couples for a maximum of four people. Two bedroom two bathrooms with central AC . Fully equipped kitchen with large dinning table. Parking for two cars in the driveway. Large garden with bbq, a spacious deck for lounging, reading and catching the sun. Central to many North Fork wineries, local beaches and restaurants. A peaceful retreat to decompress within walking distance (0.5 mile) to LIRR and Jitney from NYC. Founders Landing bay beach within one mile, Kenny’s beach (on the sound) 2.5 miles from the house. Historic Greenport is a 10 min drive.
