Located on 500 block of Naples Park, with easy access to Mercato are with fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Pool is heated and gets sunshine all day (south facing.) Huge Lanai with plenty of seating. This home is set up for comfort and enjoyment with family and friends. 6' stucco wall enclosing pool and back yard provides privacy while soft lighting creates relaxing ambiance in the evening and 4 bikes are provided with house!! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and coolers are available for your use.

This home has kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, remodeled bathrooms and large lanai next to pool.

Cook on the grill by the pool, then walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets at Vanderbilt Beach. At night you can walk or take a short drive to Naples newest 'hot spot' The Mercato. Night life, shops, movie cinemas, restaurants, book store, Whole Foods, Traders Joes, Publix and Walmart within 1 mile.

Family time

We loved our family vacay and the pool and porch were our favorite places. Coffee on the lanai and lounging at the pool. The living room had great seating for 6. Washer /dryer very convenient in garage.

Great location

Our family stayed in this house and enjoyed the heated pool and location the most. It was approximately a 20-25 walk or 12 minute bike ride to the beach & Walmart was 1 mile.After spending the day at the heated pool, we walked & biked to the beach as a family to watch the sunset. It was the perfect way to end the day.The house had nice knives, pots & pans, and plenty of dishes. It must be somewhat of a new rental because it didn’t have many storage containers for leftovers. We were going to leave some behind but ended up not having any. We will definitely keep this property information and stay next time we go to Naples!

December in Naples

Always enjoy going to Naples,Fl in December. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else but at one of Dan's homes. Neat, clean close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks again.

Excellent property

This was the 2nd time we've stayed at this property because it's clean and the perfect location. The neighborhood is quiet and it's just blocks from the beach. The house has all the eating/cooking items needed and a big plus is beach chairs are provided. Having a nice pool and enclosed patio is also very nice. I appreciate the owner being very responsive to my emails when I wanted to know if there was any damage after hurricane came through. We will definitely rent again.

North Naples Home

Excellent experience. The house was perfect for 2 couples. We each had our own bathroom. We spent all of our time at the back of the house in the kitchen/lanai area overlooking the pool. Great exposure and ample room for dining and lounging. The house was located about a 20 minute walk to the ocean. There were also bikes that the hosts left for guests to use. Dan, our host, could not have been more accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend renting this property.

Perfect vacation getaway

Best stay in naples

The property, and owner were excellent. Everything was as posted, and we enjoyed the stay emensly. Most our time was out by the pool, and was always the same nice temp no matter when we used it. Neighborhood was clean, quiet and very peaceful. Can't wait to get back.

Great place close to everything

This is close to many activities. The home is exactly what is described in the listing. We only noticed later that there we beach chairs and beach buckets.. etc. would recommend to a friend.

Comfort, practicality and relaxation

Very clean house, comfortable beds, easy to maintain tile floors all over. The kitchen is super well appointed, with brand new stainless steel pots and pans, a fridge that produces ice super efficiently. The garage is as clean as the house, with many beach chairs, mats, access to the backyard and a very practical area for the high efficiency washer and dryer. On the side of the house is a nice water outlet where beach stuff and feet can be rinced before accessing the comfortable lanai, the pool, or the house. The air conditionning has no issue maintaining a very comfortable and stable inside temperature. The house is a mere 3 minutes drive from Vanderbilt beach access, or 5 minutes to the more quaint Delnor-Wiggins state park beach. There are 4 bicycles in the garage, with helmets. The area is safe enough for responsible kids to bike to the beach. Last but not least, M. D'Addeo was always easy to reach to answer our questions or to adress our inquiries. We drove from Montreal, and I found this very reassuring. I would, without a doubt, rent from M. D'Addeo again.

Constructive

The original property rented was never used. The driveway was blocked by caution tape and was in the process of being replaced. The yard was full of construction material/debris and was a site for sore eyes. However, reaching out to the property owner was easy and he was as shocked as we were. He worked very quickly to place us for the evening until he could make other arrangements the next day. The house was beautiful and the covered pool was splendid, but the wait and see game was not fun! It took until 1pm to get placed into a completely different house than the original one, so this was time wasted sitting and waiting. No beach/pool time due to being in limbo. This was our only day to “play/relax” as the weekend was booked for football competitions. I was told that I would be compensated for the troubles so I’m waiting to see what compensation takes place. The house we finally landed in was nice (not as nice as house #2) but served the purpose and had the pool to relax in for the evenings after competition. I will use this individual to rent from in the future as it was not his fault and he did work very diligently to assist us in a bad situation.

Perfect location for a weekend getaway

Have enjoyed Naples Florida on each and every vacation. Can not say enough about this area and the people here. Our typical day includes walking or taking the bikes to the beach, lunch pool side, often biking to the supermarket for a prepared dinner and enjoying eating while the sunset sinks away on the beach. There is tennis, swimming, biking, golf, nightlife, tons of restaurants all within 5 minutes of the house. Let me know if there are any questions about the area.
