Nice location to decompress

Communication with the owners was excellent. The cabin is modern and spacious with everything you need. Great set up for multiple couples or a large family with plenty of parking. A little tricky getting up the last part of the road if you’re new to mountain driving.

Cabin with S’more

Cabin is as advertised. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 1 child and a dog. Host was in constant contact just checking in and making sure we were set. No concerns or issues while staying here. Drive up the to the driveway was a bit tricky, as it was a steep inclined dirt road, but we mastered it after a few times. They had plenty of board games, puzzles, and everything needed for a s’mores roast if you wanted.

About the host

Host profile image
We live in Florida but have this cabin in North Carolina. It had always been our dream to get our own place in Western North Carolina because it is one of our favorite places to visit. And it finally came true! We want others to love our cabin as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We love the rustic charm of our cabin that is tucked away on the side of a mountain. Our views off the back porch are so peaceful. We feel like we are far away from civilization where our cabin is located. But in all reality, we are only 7 miles from town.

What makes this property unique

Our cabin is an actual chink-log cabin. You feel like you’re staying in a log cabin. There is plenty of space for all of our family to hang out together OR get away to have their own space.
