Each residence is 220 sq.m, built in a 2000 sq.m. plot; with parking, private pool and a private garden, offering guests privacy and a sense of serenity.

The villas consist of four levels. The main entrance is located on the upper ground floor, where guests walk into a spacious living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The lower ground floor accommodates one double bedroom with en-suite bath, a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden. On the upper floor one can find the third bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony.

The semi-basement offers a recreational area equipped with a TV,DVD and a billiard table. Additionally, washing and ironing facilities are also located in this area.

The private outdoor area of the villas offer a shaded veranda, a pergola with a barbeque ideal for alfresco dining, and a private swimming pool.
