Directions to cabin were poor. Of all the junk on TV, couldn't get Fox news. There was no sound insulation between downstairs and upstairs, every time someone walked across the floor, it made a racket in the room below. Not fun.

Beautiful Views

The location was beautiful, but it was also very hard to get to. If you did not have a front wheel drive, you weren’t gonna make it and that was not disclosed before renting other than that. The trip was beautiful. The only other downside was the hot tub did not have the heat turned up before we arrived and we left the top on for the first 2 nights and turn the heat up but it still didn’t even get hot. Also for a four bedroom four bathroom there weren’t many washcloths or towels provided for taking a shower however there was a washer and dryer but for weekend trip I think there should be more washcloths and towels, so we don’t have to do the laundry. The cleanliness, the views, the homely feeling was amazing. We loved the trip, we loved the views, we love the togetherness that we were able to share. Thank you for providing your rental.

Terrible management company

Cabin was in a good location but the communication from the management company was absolutely terrible. We arrived and had no bath towels in our showers, additionally our oven smoked like crazy any time we turned it on due to what I assume was housekeeping cleaning with chemicals they shouldn’t have used, the fan on the microwave doesn’t work. We checked the hot tub upon arrival and it was only at 90 degrees. The next morning we checked again and it was down to 72. Additionally we had a water build up in one of the bedrooms on the floor under the carpet (assuming due to a leak) my daughter has a severe allergy to mold and it created quite the issue. When I asked for a property management person to call me so I could just explain our situation Dusty the manager on duty at Eden crest refused to call until after the maintenance person came by which conveniently for dusty he came at 5 and dusty doesn’t work after hours. At this point I didn’t even want money back on our reservation I just wanted someone to consult with about our issues we were facing and Dusty nor his staff cared at all about providing that for us, the hot tub only got to 95 while we were there so we were never able to use the service. He did comp us $150 for not being able to use the hot tub but honestly I would have rather gotten better customer service and his willingness to speak with me earlier on over the money. Extremely disappointed in Eden Crest and Dusty and his team, will not be returning.

Easter vacation

The property was just as described. The cabin was very clean and ready for us at 4pm for our check in. The location was good not too far from town, the only downfall was the driveway to get to the cabin was very steep.
