Hidden at the end of a meandering stone driveway ensconced in woods, moss, and stone outcroppings is a privately situated, new custom-built cabin with rustic-chic appointments, Jotul woodstove, game room, fire pit and many other amenities to make your stay extraordinary.

Halfway down a dead-end road, you will see a green street sign with the property address on your right-hand side that will direct you to a quarter-mile-long driveway. Along the driveway, you will pass a lumber mill on your right. At this point, you are officially on the property. Next, you will encounter green street signs denoting the Cabin on the right. The Cabin has a parking area for 2 cars. You will have keyless entry, and a pin code will be provided to you before check-in.

Inside the newly constructed Cabin you will experience Hudson River Valley Charm with natural wood siding and chic steel railings. You will be immersed in sunlight from the many skylights and large windows. Appreciate the stylish interior design elements that include custom-milled oak flooring, vintage Parisian hotel lighting, high-end brass fixtures, and Scandinavian-inspired furnishings. A Jotul woodstove (firewood provided) and 65” 4K smart TV (Netflix included) complete the living space. Create a gourmet meal in your fully-stocked custom kitchen with Wolf range, and enjoy with friends and family at your oversized rustic dining table. Then head downstairs to the game room, which includes table tennis, foosball, and classic arcade games. Outside is a large deck with access to a fire pit below, with plenty of firewood milled from the property.

Every bedroom has a high-quality king or queen mattress and bedding, and a large 4k smart TV. If you need to get some work done or take a Zoom meeting, you will have high-speed 1 Gbps internet.

The best way to use public transportation to travel to the property from NYC is by bus. It is a 100-min ride to Saugerties Village center and then a 10-min Uber to the property.

*This property is well off a VERY QUIET dead-end road. Even though it is on 10+ acres, sound travels very easily. So please be mindful of noise. LOUD PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Please no screaming, loud laughing, or amplified music after sunset. This rental is for quiet groups that come to the mountains to relax, rest, enjoy nature. Please observe quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.
*Vacationing in the woods is great for the soul...but not for cell-phone service. Thankfully, almost all smart phones have a "WIFI CALLING" feature. This must be turned on, unless you relish being "off the grid."
*You will encounter plenty of wildlife. Please be careful driving as the deer can be bold. Also there are black bears in the area so NEVER LEAVE FOOD OR DRINK UNATTENDED OUTSIDE or they might pay you a visit.
*The meandering driveway is about a quarter-mile long and gets narrow and hilly at times. Please take your time.
*In heavy snow, driving conditions may require 4-wheel drive. The roads and long narrow driveway are hilly, however, they are typically well-plowed early in the morning.
*There is a farmhouse on the property that is also an active rental. It is situated at the top of the hill for maximum privacy. Please be aware that the driveway is shared so DO NOT BLOCK.
