Welcome to Roses and Rosé! Festive, fun, and easy access to access, this darling brand new build is the perfect getaway for your Nashville adventures! Highlights include an open concept layout, a cozy covered porch, a convenient location, and whimsical design features like a rose wall and mural! Just minutes away from Broadway, East Nashville, and the Grand Ole Opry, this quiet neighborhood location is perfect for any type of traveler!

Ask us about our "Play Local Nashville Tour" to experience Nashville in a comfortable, private, luxurious shuttle that accommodates up to 13 passengers! We offer 8 different tour options to choose from.

Layout:
The first level includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed, large closet, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Up the stairs is the large, essentially stocked kitchen, the living space and a half bathroom. The third level includes a guest bedroom with two queen beds and en suite bathroom, and an additional bedroom with 2 twin over twin bunks, and en suite bathroom. The laundry room is also located on this level.

Parking:
There are two spaces available in the garage and one in the driveway. 

The Neighborhood:
This darling home is located in the East Nashville pocket of Donelson, which is incredibly central! Less than 10 miles east of downtown, a short 3 miles to Nashville International Airport, and only 5 miles south of Opry Mills, you will love the accessibility of this area!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.

By booking with Stay Local Nashville, I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to screen my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding Safely’s guest screening can be found at Safely's website, Safely dot com. You may receive an email from Concierge at Safely dot com to complete your screening.
