Summer vacation

This vacation rental is at a great location. It’s only a 10-15 min walk to downtown Encinitas and the beach. The hostess was great with communication and the place had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Encinitas Apartment

Cute little apartment with a balcony not far from Swami's Beach. Has everything you would need for a stay near the beach. It's about a 10-15 minute walk down to the beach or the downtown shops of Encinitas. Moonlight Beach is a bit of a further walk, but in 25 minutes or so, you'll be there. The owner communicated well and answered all questions in a timely manner. We heard the train at night but it didn't really bother us. Would love to stay here again if I get back in town!

We walked into this vacation rental ready to have our first Thanksgiving by the beach. The townhouse was tastefully decorated and well equipped for our family of four. This two bedroom townhome had several sleep options that made it more like a three bedroom. The kitchen was fully functional, clean and fully equipped. One of our favorite areas was the balcony! Great for watching the sunset and playing cards. The beach was about a 15 minute walk three minute drive very accessible to have daily time at the beach. The town of Encinitas is full of wonderful shops and eateries! We went to lighthouse church on Sunday just a walk away from the townhouse what a wonderful community. Brooke was very attentive, and a wonderful, gracious host. We will definitely be back to visit this property when we are in SoCal , thank you Brooke for a thankful, cozy, peaceful, family Thanksgiving!

I enjoy the beaches, sailing, cycling and camping. The beach gives me porpoise. I am a pet lover. I live in the Encinitas area. I enjoy being a part of the solution to our planet. The Green Home uses solar energy and recycles trash. The soaps, shampoos, tissue paper and paper towels provided for the guests will be recycled and distributed to the Encinitas homeless in need. The partially used amenities will help fight preventable diseases throughout the area. Consider yourself part of the solution. I have been a super host for over 15 years.

Uniquely located at the center of downtown Encinitas. Walking distance to beaches. Walk to shopping, restaurants, bars and pubs. Encinitas has many yoga studios. There are salons and spas in walking distance. Electric Bike rentals to traverse all around town.

Cute 2 Bedroom, One Bath with vaulted ceilings, Ceiling fans, great patio area to grill. Decorated in the surf style of Encinitas. Peaceful, relaxing, and healing—your space to unwind. I’m here when you need me, but otherwise, the place is yours. If you do need anything, just give me a call on my shell phone!
