Has everything you need and more.
Amanda was an amazing host and the home is beautiful. It is well maintained and clean, with very comfortable beds and fluffy towels (a bonus when traveling for sure). Amanda was incredibly responsive and took good care of us while we were there. It snowed almost every day and she was out there shoveling the inches and inches of snow multiple times throughout the week. I also noticed many little touches, such as smart plugs by the beds, humidifiers in the rooms, and a well appointed kitchen with appliances you don't normally see in rentals. I would highly recommend her place and next time we are in breck, we will be back!

Wonderful Stay in the Mountains
What a great vacation. The house was perfect for the 8 adults and 2 children. You can't beat the location, which was only 4 blocks from Main street and 2 blocks from an awesome park and playground for the kids to play on! The house had great amenities and was comfortable for all.

Wonderful property and location
We had an amazing week in Breckenridge at this clean, well appointed home. So close to the convenient free shuttle stop to the gondola and to Main Street. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and a friends’ family of 5 to share. Highly recommend!

Great location and house
We had a great time at this house last week. A couple families for a ski week. Great location to town and the mountains. The house was clean, and Amanda was available for questions whenever we had them. I highly recommended this house for a ski week with friends & family.

This was a very nice house and was just as described. The property manager was also very responsive to make sure we had all the details we needed. The location is close to downtown and an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were very nice, beds comfortable and the hot tub was a great added feature.

Excellent Rental
This was a perfect rental for our Breckenridge ski trip. The house was close to town as well as the lifts up to the mountain. The house was well kept and had enough space for 9 guests. Would recommend this rental to a friend!

Great place,! Convenient to town. Short walk to shuttle to get to the ski slopes Nice hot tub. Comfy beds (except sofa pullout). Big kitchen with all conveniences. Nice host who was helpful and available. We were very happy with our stay and loved skiing at Breck!

Wonderful Breckenridge Holiday
Our family, 5 adults and 3 young children, spent the week after Christmas at this ideal property. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds/bedding, spacious, and a perfect location. Communication with the hosts was a breeze, both prior to and during our stay. We had snow nightly, while there, and the area was shoveled each morning, which we appreciated. The hot tub was enjoyed following ski days. Location was great, a quiet area but an only a few blocks walk to town shops and restaurants. The only improvement might be with some of the kitchen supplies. Pots and pans were very well used and the knives were pretty pathetic. Otherwise, the kitchen was spacious, had nice appliances and was well stocked. We would definitely recommend this property and enjoyed a wonderful stay!

Great Place to Stay
Chalet Anna was perfect for our family of 10 (six adults and 4 small children). The layout was outstanding with plenty of room to gather together as well as places to find solitude when necessary. An easy walk to downtown Breckenridge, wonderful playgrounds/parks nearby and close, convenient shopping. We couldn't have been more pleased with this rental!

Family Reunion Vacation
We had a summer family vacation reuniting here from Florida, Massachusetts and Denver. We had a great time at this property! The space worked great for the 7 of us (6 adults + 1 child). There was plenty to do in the area so we walked just about everywhere. We would definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time! I cannot say enough about how helpful Amanda and James were. They even helped us get our car out when we were stuck in the snow. The kitchen is a chef’s dream…Great appliances and so much cookware! I would definitely recommend this home! The house and location is perfect!

Absolutely Stunning!
This house was amazing. Beautiful inside and out with fantastic views of the mountains! The house was beautifully decorated and updated. The kitchen was very well stocked. We went up for a girls weekend and felt so lucky to have found this house. I highly recommend for larger parties looking in Breckenridge! Also, only blocks away from main street, we were able to walk to everything we needed all weekend!

This home was perfect for our Breckenridge snowboarding trip. We spent 4 days here and have nothing but great things to say. It was like a hotel experience in the privacy of a home. The owners were very accommodating and easy to get in touch with throughout the rental process and our stay. Bedrooms: Super comfortable beds and linens, humidifier was a great bonus! Plenty of extra blankets and towels Robes and shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need to cook, and having the basic spices and oils + hot chocolate and coffee was an added bonus! Location: Easy walk to Main Street and easy, flat parking right in front of the house

Large and comfortable!
The size of the home is ideal for families. There is separate bedroom options between the second floor and the lowest level. The master bathroom is spacious! The kitchen is large and easy to prepare food. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. It is quick drive to drop off at the gondola. The house needed a few supplies such as paper napkins, storage baggies, and a few other kitchen cooking items but these are minor details. The family agreed that we were very lucky to choose this property!

great location & great family home rental
We enjoyed our stay at Chalet Anna with 5 adults and 2 kids. There was great space on the lower level for the kids to have their "own play space" and it was nice to have a "drop spot" for coats, wet boots, etc. It was also nice to have a mini fridge/cooler and wet bar on the lower level to keep food for the kids staying in the lower bedrooms. It is a close walk to town and a block and a half from the grocery. We felt close to everything and the free shuttle is only a black away - very convenient! Short walk to town and you can dine and shop as well as take a family carriage pulled by horses! We enjoyed the mountain views from the kitchen, doing room, and the master bedroom and enjoyed the hot tub daily! The house is very well stocked as far as kitchen appliances, flatware, cookware, etc. Most importantly - the renter was very accessible and easy to contact when we called/text with questions and went out of the way to help with a few extra requests! We would recommend this home to other families or small groups.

The property was all we hoped for. Very well appointed and in a great position. We even had the added attraction of the local fox sleeping in the garden. The sleeping accommodation was fine for our party of eight adults and a two and a half year old. Parking and access to the free shuttle were excellent. All in all a great place to chill out for five days before the Christmas break.
