This condo is also within walking distance of Galveston's Cruise Ship Terminal. With a newly renovated spacious interior, antique frosted windows, new appliances, and gated covered parking guests are sure to enjoy their stay!
The condo is 1 of 2 on the second floor of one of Galveston's historic buildings. Located at the rear of the building, guests will enjoy being in the heart of downtown while also being secluded from the everyday hustle of the city.
Guests will have access to entire unit, sharedback deck and coveredparking area.
Best location in downtown Galveston! Quiet street with retail shops. Restaurants and Galveston night life a block away.
Walking is the best way to explore downtown from this location. The seawall and beach are less than 5 minutes away by car. Guests can catch the Historic Galveston Trolley at 25th and Strand which runs to the Seawall and around Downtown Galveston. Anniversary

Loved it. Celebrated our 10th anniversary and had a great time. Very clean and quiet. Mattress was very comfortable and soft sheets. Just be aware it’s a lift and there’s stairs.

Large loft

We were very impressed with the amount of shear space we had for our 3 bags! LOL The bed and couch were very comfortable. The only issue we had was the Gumbo fest next door at the event venue. The music was loud, and it took us a little while to go to sleep. It was a good location though.

The GFC Lofts Great Location & Accomodations

We enjoyed our stay at the GFC Lofts - clean room with convenient access to the Strand and surrounding area. The only issue we had was the couch recliner cushion was work out. Other than that very clean room and all the amenities you need for get away.

Great downtown getaway spot

Spacious condo in quiet neighborhood only a couple of blocks from restaurants, night life and attractions. Especially enjoyed the Devil and the Deep brewery a block and a half away.

Great Galveston Strand Location

We stayed a few days before leaving on a cruise. Awesome property. Felt very safe. Close to the Strand, Trolley and walked to ship. We loved the location and the condo is brand new. Enjoyed the bath and a half so hubby and I had our own space. We also enjoyed sitting out on deck. Eric was very easy to contact. We will be back for next cruise. Thank you, Eric

This loft is perfect! We walked in and were convinced we had to move there! 😂 The loft was clean, comfortable and a great location for the strand. Owner was very nice and informative about the place. We had no issues and we will be back.

This is a unique property combining the old world charm of Downtown Galveston with the modern conveniences of 21st century living. This condo is located 1 block from the downtown shopping and entertainment district. This provides a unique combination of being close to everything, yet having a quiet and secluded space to relax while in the condo. We are also one of the only rentals to offer onsite gated, covered parking at no extra charge. Finally we are within walking distance to the 1st cruise ship terminal and a 3-5 min drive to the 2nd terminal.
