Hawk house was a perfect location for our adventures in Bryce,Escalante, and Zion. Peaceful and accessible. The owners were receptive to all our needs.
Our family stayed at Hawk House for a few nights while visiting National Parks in the area. The house was clean and comfortable, with lots of natural lighting! The check in and out process was very smooth and the hosts provided great recommendations for places to buy groceries, etc. They even suggested places to eat where our dog would be welcome! Overall, highly recommend staying at Hawk House!
We had a great stay at Hawk House! It's in a quiet little area on the outskirts of Zion National Park. The heated floors are fantastic! We recommend it to anyone exploring Zion and Bryce Canyon.
This property is very homey. Large spaces throughout. The big windows allwed for spectacular views throughout the house.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Hosts were easy to communicate with and very sweet.
If you are making a trip to Zion, this property is highly recommended.
Better than we expected. Property is built into the landscape and made it a pleasure to return to after going to the wonderful parks in the area.
Owners were more than helpful with tips about the surrounding towns.
Will definitely stay here again when we come back to this part of the country.
This home is ideal for visiting Zion if you want to get away from the crowds after a day of hiking. It was beautiful. Quiet. Well equipped and stayed cool. Ceiling fans and well equipped kitchen. Washer & dryer... and so quiet! The stars are amazing! About a half hour from the park. We loved it.
We had a wonderful stay. There are big windows with great views and the night sky is stunning. It is about 35 minutes to Zion and we loved visiting the state parks nearby (Snow Canyon was gorgeous and dog friendly). The host was very responsive to questions and texted us to make sure we had settled in okay. Very modern design with a large kitchen. The house even had heated floors. I definitely recommend this cabin.
We had an amazing stay at Hawk House! Far enough away for some peace and quiet, but close enough to enjoy Zion and North AZ. Host was communicative (we didn’t seem to need anything though) Two female travelers and we never felt unsafe!
Tea on the back porch after dark provided us with some incredible star gazing opportunities!
Highly recommend.
Our family stayed for the Memorial weekend. Kirstin, the host was super accommodating and patient with all my questions. The house was fully stocked with toiletries, fresh towels, kitchen utensils. She even reached out to check on us. Look forward to staying at this place again. Kirstin, thank you!
My husband and I stayed at Hawk House for 1 week while we got married in Zion and we can’t wait to stay there again! This home is absolutely beautiful. Huge windows fill the house with natural light and you can tell the owners took great care with the way they’ve upgraded this home. The way this house is situated on the lot is breathtaking. The backyard is right up against a mountain/hill/rock wall and it feels so private. It’s located in a more rural community so you get to see horses, cows, goats, chickens, etc. as you drive to the house. Beautiful home with incredible hosts who are so quick to respond and so accommodating. We can’t wait to stay again! Do yourself a favor and book a stay at Hawk House😍
The flagstone steps lead to a modern, peaceful and light-filled home. Large kitchen/great room features a rustic table and modular couch for a perfect place to relax. Fabulous bathroom, ideal laundry and cozy patio where you can have your coffee and listen to the birds, surrounded by the towering rocks of the nearby canyons. Windows in the living room and primary bedroom highlight the views and stars at night. Tons of counter space - we love to cook, so that was a bonus!! The a/c worked like a dream and the hot water was plentiful. Caring hosts gave us great tips on where to get groceries, burgers and favorite cold drinks. Be advised that even though Zion NP is about 9 miles as the crow flies, it will take nearly an hour to drive there. But the views along the way are a sight to behold!
My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights & we really enjoyed this beautiful home! The walk-in stone shower is luxurious and the views around the home are absolutely stunning. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. The house was very easy to find & check-in was effortless. The home was very clean and stocked with all the essentials. We drove to Zion one of the days and this home is in a good location to relax after a long day at the busy Zion park. The CD collection and board games were a nice little touch & perfect for quality time. The host was very communicative and informative, she was always getting back to us right away and was very helpful. Will recommend this place to my friends/family who are looking to visit this area & I will be back myself! Thank you for a great experience!
We had a wonderful stay. The home was very spacious with a lot of windows throughout. The only complaint is there were no blinds or curtains that we could close at night for privacy except in the two bedrooms. None in the restroom either. At night anyone outside could easily look inside without us seeing them. The property is mostly private, but the option to close blinds or curtains would be nice. Also the windows did not open. We needed some ventilation due to cooking bacon but could not open the windows. We also wanted to open the windows for cross ventilation so we didn’t have to use the AC.
Over all it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this home if you’re planning to visit Zion.
Beautiful, comfortable home close to Zion National Park
If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near Zion National Park, I highly recommend this place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home.
The home itself is beautiful - it's both modern and rustic at the same time. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of hiking and exploring. The bed was super comfortable and gave us a great night's rest.
One of the things we loved most was the location. It's under an hour from the entrance to Zion National Park, which made it easy for us to get to and from the park each day. Plus it's in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, so we were able to get a good night's sleep each night. We spent each evening on the back patio enjoying the stars and crickets.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, plus I loved that there was condiments in the fridge. The living room was a great place to cozy up and watch TV - and the view of the red rocks from the living room was amazing!! We were working a little bit on the trip and the Wi-Fi was great and able to handle zoom calls with ease.
Also the stone shower!! Just loved this place so much. We'll definitely be back.
