We really enjoyed our stay here. It's truly the perfect location. 10 second walk to the river. 30 seconds to the market and 40 seconds to the coffee shop! It was well stocked with the basics, and we would definitely stay here again.
The property was very clean. Located right next to the Village Green. Shopping was very close by. The people we met were very friendly. A trip to Kingston went very well. We even caught the return ferry as it was pulling away from the dock on Wolfe Island. He pulled back in and loaded us aboard. We caught the tour boat in Alexandria Bay and found it to be close by. A lovely time was had by all
My Father lives in Cape Vincent and my family came up for a long weekend to celebrate his 82nd Birthday! The house was beautiful and has everything you could possibly need for your stay! Very clean and beautifully decorated and located right in town, walking distance to everything! Highly recommend and we will definitely enjoy many more stays here!
We are very pleased we our stay this past holiday weekend. There are so many things within walking distance and just a short beautiful drive up to Clayton and A-bay. We will definitely be back.
Home was in the perfect location for all of our family close by. The space was perfect for hosting large meals which we did a couple of times (plenty of pots and pans and all you need to do so). Loved how close we were to the many things within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again if we make our way back to the Cape next summer. Mr. King was amazing in responding to all of my questions and inquiries prior to our arrival.
Spent long weekend with parents, sister, and brother in law. Little town was very cute. House had every thing we needed. Grocery and restaurant within walking distance.
We stayed here for our annual “couples trip”. Being that it was 4 couples, it was nice to have 4 separate bedrooms all in one house. The property was a great price and was just what we needed. We rented a boat out of Wellesley Island and it was a half hour trip there. The house was very clean and the host was accommodating. We enjoyed the fireplace out front and the short walk to the coffee shop & brewery in town. Robert was clear on communication from the beginning and changed the date for us when our plans had changed. We plan on returning next year!
This home has a great location in the heart of Cape Vincent. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to all of our requests and questions.
There was plenty a space for our extended family of seven. The property was very clean and well stocked upon our arrival. Parking for our three vehicles was easy.
The home is right across from The Cape Vincent Village Green. We were even able to catch a free concert one afternoon. The French Towne Market grocery store and Cape Vincent Brewery were just on the other side of The Green. A Cup of Joy Coffee Shop and other restaurants were also close by. The location was perfect for our needs.
Our stay was capped off by our grandson catching his first fish from the newly renovated Cape Vincent Dock just outside our front door.
We’ll definitely keep this property in mind for future Cape Vincent visits.
Walking distance from the greatest little brewery ever...."Cape Vincent Brewing Company." The 4 bedrooms were great... comfortable beds, spacious, etc. When returning to NY, this will be our go to place to stay.
