The Penthouse features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with an elevator providing direct access from the parking area the building to this elegant home. Upon reaching the top, the door opens to a den, kitchen, and dining area.

The den is tastefully decorated and includes a 42-inch LCD with HD channels and cable.acent to the den is dining area, which accommodates eight guests, along with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar. spacious kitchen boasts ample countertop space, ideal preparing.

Behind the kitchen is the larger of the two master suites. This bedroom includes a king-size bed, an LCD TV, and a private deck perfect for enjoying the evening views. The en-suite bathroom features double sinks, a stand-up shower, and a whirlpool tub. second master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and offers access to the balcony with ocean views. The third bedroom contains a king-size bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds.
