My home is located in a super quiet, safe and gated community, situated right on a lake where you will enjoy the numerous tropical birds and the tranquility of waterfront living! My home is located in approx. 30 minutes to Sarasota, St. Petersburg, Tampa and pristine, world famous Gulf of Mexico beaches! Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby as well! In an age where hotels are super crowded, super loud and super EXPENSIVE, why not rent an entire spacious and beautiful home in a safe and quiet gated community! My house is located within 30 minutes of major cities- Tampa, Sarasota and St. Petersburg, as well as famous Gulf Coast Beaches in Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, St. Pete Beach, Clear Water Beach and many other smaller, quaint Gulf Coast Beaches! My home is a fracrtion of the price of what hotels and other listings are charging; there is nothing but a quiet, comfortable and affordable stay!
