Had a great time! Property was exactly as described, very quiet and relaxing. Only 15 mins to Paso Robles, this was the perfect place to stay for a quiet wine weekend with friends.
We were attending a wedding at the mission and the house was super close to the event. We also did a couple of wine tastings near by at our favorite wineries. The location was good for that as well. The property was clean and conformable.
One of the best places we’ve stayed at in Paso. Beautiful inside and out with amazing front and back patios to relax and enjoy the peace. The inside is roomy and comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The fire pit was the best! We even had a very friendly orange kitty visit us frequently outside which added to the charm. Many great wineries close on the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail. Thanks Steven for being so communicative!
My friends and I loved this cute, comfortable and clean home. The outdoor seating was perfect for the evening and early morning coffee. The beds were very comfortable. It was close to Paso but also very quiet and relaxing. Will definitely come back.
Our stay was amazing and the lovely house met all expectations. It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the location was wonderful. We came for a horse show and really appreciated the nice hot tub at the end of the day. Would definitely stay again!!!!
Very clean and quite. Easy to get to everything around town. Met the Host great guy came over right away to help us with the hot tub. Would definitely stay again.
We had a wonderful stay! This home was clean and comfortable. Steve was attentive to our needs and responded promptly when we called. Plenty of room for two couple!
This site was located outside of San Miguel and sat at the end of the street which was nice because we were rather secluded and had a nice bit of privacy. Apparently everyone is experiencing an Earwig problem because they were quite prevalent (dead, but visible).
I would recommend this rental to friends and family! Nice Fire Pit and Spa(not used). The Fire Pit really provided some nice warmth while we sipped our Johnson Family Wine.
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, Steve's well-built home was quiet, clean and had every thing we needed to enjoy our visit to the area. The backyard patio was an especially nice space to relax it, nicely landscaped with firepit and hot tub. Having separate HVAC controls for the main room and each bedroom allowed everyone to tune the environment of their areas exactly how they like it (great feature!)
This place will be #1 on our list when we come back to the area.
Excellent!
This home is absolutely beautiful, it was the perfect home away from home. Very relaxing. Although we didn’t use it, the back patio would have been perfect to just sit outside. Nice fire pit, little fountain and even jacuzzi! There were many wineries very close to house, which was very convenient!
Finding the house was a little tricky, we almost missed the street to turn on because it is a small street. But not that big of deal!
I would definitely come stay here again!
Our family of four adults stayed at Steve's home December 18-25, 2023. Steve was very quick to answer our questions and accommodating our needs. The home was located in San Miguel, which worked for our family. It is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac that lends to serene walks in the beautiful wine valleys of San Miguel. The home offered a great kitchen for making meals and two bathrooms stocked with essentials. There were extra blankets and pillows for when the weather became cooler in the evenings. The pinnacle of the property is the hot tub. Our family of four were able to relax in the tub and enjoy the cool weather after our meal at the end of the day. Thank you, Steve, for the perfect place to rest and relax during our time in Paso Robles.

Unfortunate
3 days before our stay, I received notice that I would be receiving the code for the door lock at 3 pm on the day of our stay. At 3 pm I did not receive the code but we drove to the house hoping the code would be received soon. I wrote to the owner to make him aware of this. We arrived but still, no code. We waited on the very nice front porch and walked around the perimeter of the home and noticed, looking into the windows of the bedrooms, that the rooms had not been made up. We waited until 4:30 without a word from owner, so we left. I contacted the owner and stated to refund my payment. He responded that he would refund and he did so quickly. Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at the house because I did not received the lock code and most importantly the house was not ready for our arrival.
