Our cozy and tastefully decorated space can comfortably accommodate up to five guests, making it perfect for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a short drive from historic downtown Palatka, where you'll find plenty of things to do & see. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled vacation, our home is the perfect base for your Florida First Coast adventure.
The Space:
Welcome to our charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in Palatka, Florida! This cozy home is perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home while enjoying all that Palatka has to offer for pleasure or work.
As you step inside, you'll immediately notice the warm and inviting atmosphere of the living room. The space is beautifully decorated and furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area, which features a dining table and chairs for four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all the necessary utensils and cookware. Whether you're cooking a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.
The two bedrooms are located just off the living room, and both feature comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The living room couch can serve as a bed for a smaller guest as well. The bathroom is located in the hallway and features a shower/tub combo, as well as all the necessary toiletries and linens.
Outside, you'll find a lovely yard with plenty of space for outdoor activities and relaxation. There is also a covered porch with seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The home is conveniently located in the heart of Palatka, close to all the area's best attractions. You'll be just a short drive from downtown Palatka, with its charming shops and restaurants, as well as the beautiful St. Johns River, where you can fish, kayak, or simply enjoy the stunning scenery. Ravine Gardens State Park is a short 1/8 of a mile bike ride or walk as well
