Enjoy ocean views, a private pool, and beach access steps from the front door! This 2,600 sqft villa has it all; built in 2018 it boasts vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tasteful new furniture and decor, spacious rooms and a brand spanking new addition downstairs!
* 1 minute walk to the BEACH access!
* Villa sleeps 17 people
* Next to Kiva Dunes Golf Course
* 2 level home with separate entrances
Upstairs includes:
~ 2 master bedrooms with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and TV
~ Bunk room one has 4 singles and TV
~ Bunk room two has 2 fulls and 1 single and TV
~ 3rd Full bathroom with tub
~ Spacious open concept living area with TV room, dining room and kitchen (fully stocked for the cook!)
~ Patio with rocking chairs to relax and listen to the waves
~ Private salt water pool.
~ Pool deck with dining and lounge seating
Downstairs (new addition) includes:
~ Large combo room; including a bedroom with a queen size bed and an extra TV lounge area
~ 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed
***These two rooms are separated by a barn door and you have to walk through large room to get to second bedroom
~ Full bath with stand up shower
• Fully stocked updated kitchen
• Grill and utensils
• Coffee set up with Keurig Duo- we supply first day of cups, filters and sugar
• We provide a starter pack with dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, lotion, garbage bags, paper towels, toliet paper. For longer stays you may need to restock on your own.
• Netflix, Hulu and Disney Plus in all rooms
• Onsite washer and dryer
• Private onsite parking

• Elevator available upon request if there is a guest in need of it!
Pool temperature set to 78 degrees oct 1 to May 1. The pool heats to 20 degrees over air temperature. Ex: if it is 55 degrees out, Pool will be heated to 75 degrees.
