Game room set up in garage which includes Wi-Fi speaker, foosball table, corn hole, weight machines and weights. Lots of restaurants, shopping, bars, zoo, parks and movie theater nearby. Golf course across the street. Lots of lighting outside of house including post lights around driveway. Welcome Home! property owner pays for utilities, cable, trash pickup and yard maintenance.

Born and raised in this area. So ask any questions about the area. I would make a very good tour guide. Do you know were the first trolly car in US was. How about the stunt Custer did over in Dinwiddie at five Forks. Not only a History buff but for the last 40 years I have been a Hygiene Specialist/ Chemical man so i know about cleaning. Also I live down the road so if you have any issues.

Why they chose this property

I enjoy the most about the neighborhood is there is None. Large property. Easy access. Large driveway. Birkdale golf course across the street! You can walk to. If you are adventurous I have more but I will let you know after you book.
