Come Winter, walk over to Jack Frost for skiing and tubing. Spring and Summer, golfing, hiking, and fishing at just a short drive away

Living room - Queen memory Foam pull out sofa, love seat, Smart TV, and portable AC unit. Cozy wood burning fireplace ( please use Duraflame logs - not included with the reservation)
Dining area for 6 guests overlooking the pond
Kitchen - equipped for your cooking needs
Upstairs area:
Loft with a Queen size bed, Smart TV, portable AC unit, and children's toys and board games
Half bath ( toilet and sink only)
We strive to be as Eco Friendly as possible therefore the consumables starter kit provided is Climate Pledge Friendly ( shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap and sponge, laundry and dishwasher pods, toilet paper and paper towels) .
Sheets and towels are also provided. ( No beach towels, if you are traveling during the Summer months)
Outdoor area: Back deck with propane grill, outdoor seating overlooking the and outdoor fire pit.
PLEASE NOTE: This property has a Blink doorbell camera installed by the front door, overlooking the walkway/driveway. Camera is motion activated and records both video and audio.

This was certainly the case for Anca and Mike, who first crossed paths in early 2017 when Mike was searching for an investment property on the stunning coast of Southern Maine. Anca was working for a vacation rental agency managing units in that same area. What started as a simple inquiry about rental potential for a condo turned into an incredible friendship.
Over the years, our families have become very close. Our daughters, who met when they were 4 and 6 years old respectively, are now 10 and 12 and the best of friends. We now jointly own four vacation rentals across the Northeast United States, including the #friendshipSRV townhome in the Poconos PA, an ocean view condo in Wildwood Crest NJ, a seaside condo in Wells ME, and the #attitashstudioNH ski condo in the North Conway NH area.
