I have not given the property a review, as I wanted to talk with someone first. We arrived and the stove was not working, had a tech come out and he could not fix all of the stove. We had a chef arriving that night and it prolonged our dinner and he had to use a stove he had in his car. We had a strong gas smell from a burner that we could not turn off per the maintenance tech. Internet was not working. The house had staines all over on carpet, broken blinds, no window coverings in some of the bedrooms, Door handle fell off in Master and someone was locked in room. couldn't open several windows as there were no cranks to open then with or broken cranks. Furniture in dining room felt like it was going to break and same with couch in living room. When we pulled up there was two old real estate signs leaning on fence and ground. Outside of spa, there was a ton of empty paint cans, ladders and tarps. Stickers on new doors with no window coverings for privacy. Shower in guest house, did not work. For such an expensive week and rental we were not impressed with the house or surroundings. We would greatly appreciate a refund, as the home did not warrant such a fee!!!! We left the house exactly how we found it. Please forward this onto the owner. If he is going to continue to charge this amount of money the home should be pristine or tenants should be notified of the current condition of the home and that it is currently under construction.
