Miami weekend

House was comfortable for 4 friends, pool was nice to use, and close to Hard Rock Stadium and other locations of interest for us. Would stay again in the future.

The perfect home for family time

The home overall was very comforting and perfect to spend time with your family! It had so much space for everyone to be comfortable. It was near a Publix and other stores in case you need any groceries or basic necessities. The property manager was AMAZING at communication and being accommodating. It was the perfect stay.

Perfect place for our girls trip!

I had a girl's trip with my sisters here and we had a great time! It is a nice quiet neighborhood. The home was so cute and clean and comfortable. Ithad everything we needed. Perfect place to relax!

Fun weekend in Miami

We were supposed to play a baseball tournament in Miami but the weather had other ideas and the tournament was canceled but we decided to go enjoy the weekend. Our kids had a great time being together, enjoying the pool and fishing in the canal behind the house. The house was nice and spacious enough for all of us.

Nice but not worth the problems!

When we arrived by Uber, we were concerned where we were staying. Lots of activity happening around the house, neighbors fighting, garbage on the streets and our VRBO lawn overgrown. When we checked in, we had troubles with the door lock code. Others in our party went around back and went in from backyard. The door wasn’t locked. With guests arriving at the home for 2 days, we’re very surprised at a 78 degrees in side. The home was very warm and humid. With the entire house in marble tile, made it very slippery. Took awhile to cool down. The backyard is beautiful with a small pool and a lake behind. We enjoyed the pool side area with the exception of the neighbors being heavy pot smokers. Gaming villa only had a broken pool table. Not a gaming villa!! We reserved for 10 people and only had beds made for part of the group. I had to message host as there was no linen or pillows laid out for the kids beds. Paying $1100 for 2 nights, was surprised I had to make 3 beds. We utilized the kitchen to make meals. There were 4 pans that were completely rusted and chipping. No papertowels or towels to clean up kitchen or hand soap in bathrooms. Had to reach out to get some. It was good for our party to be together and watch late night movies. May want to look into mattress covers as mattresses were grossly stained. Spent a bunch of my time communicating with the host on numerous problems. Wasn’t the way I anticipated it to go with no compensation on all the issues.
