The hotel-style complex includes full amenities including a pool/jacuzzi, game room, on-site coin laundry, ski storage, shuttle service to the Mountain bases and more!

This newly remodeled, luxury-style condo is the ideal space to relax on your vacation. Enjoy the home's open-plan living space and take in the beautiful mountain views from the unit's private balcony. This one-bedroom and loft space sleeps 7 people comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a loft which includes a double bunk bed, and a pull out couch with full mattress. The home features a full kitchen, completely stocked with all kitchen appliances and necessities. Fresh linens and towels are also provided for guests! Enjoy the sunrise over the mountains, while sipping on coffee from the complimentary Keurig coffee bar or enjoy your favorite shows/movies on the homes large smart TV.

This condo is located in the beautiful Lodge Hotel, featuring full amenities for guests to enjoy. Take a break from skiing or adventuring the White Mountains in the Hotel's heated pool and jacuzzi, or relax on the patio next to the Pemi River.

The Pemi River is also directly beside the resort with easy access to trails and the Old Hole swimming spot. This swimming hole is located directly behind the resort, with slower moving water, great for children and families!

PARKING:
There is ample parking available in the resort parking lot.

Local Host available 24/7 and happy to provide recommendations for restaurants or fun activities in the area!

Guests have access to free parking in the large parking lot located at the resort. During the winter months, the resort provides guests with shuttle service, to and from the Loon Mountain and South Peak bases. This shuttle can be reserved at the Front Desk at the Resort.

The town of Lincoln also offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. Please note, this shuttle service is Cash Only. Information on how to reserve this shuttle is listed in the Welcome Book located at the home.

House rules:

1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.

2. No Ski boots worn inside the apartment to avoid damaging floors. There is ski storage available in the basement of the building.

3. No shoes inside the home.

4. No smoking inside the Airbnb!

5. No parties or events.

6. There are no pets allowed in the home. The Lodge Hotel is a pet free resort and if found to be in violation, there will be an additional charge of $100.

7. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8.

8. No Towels over balcony bannisters and please bring beach towels provided back from pool.

9. Please return keys to lockbox upon checkout. There is a $100 charge to keys not returned or misplaced.

10. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
