A/C units located in living room, master bedroom & dining room. Off street parking for 2 cars. Checkout time promptly @9AM. NO SMOKING /NO PETS

By renting this home , tenant agrees to leave premises in a clean & neat condition. This includes taking the trash out on the required days so that the next tenant is not left with full cans & no place to dispose of their garbage. Owner is providing pillows and blankets for tenant use.
