Be one of the first to stay in this newly built home in a new emerging upscale neighborhood. Home is brand new construction, brand new appliances, fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig and a tea pot. The large galley kitchen is surrounded with white cabinets making it radiant. Kitchen seats two at the counter and is open to the dining table which seats 6. The furniture throughout the home is remarkably comfortable with warm colors that compliment the modern fixtures.

There is a 65 inch smart TV in the living room. You'll also find board games and a full workstation including desk chair. Large pieces of Scandinavian artwork throughout the home add just the touch to feeling right at home.

The home sleeps up to 8, 6 in beds with a blow up queen mattress in the upstairs hall closet to accommodate 2 more. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and ginormous master closet connected to the expansive master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top and a full mattress on the bottom. Each bed has new Tempur Pedic mattresses. There is also a queen size blow up bed for extra guests. The king and queen beds both have built in dresser drawers on the bedframe for extra storage space.

There is a private drive and one parking spots in the garage for your use. The other garage space is reserved for a ping pong game! You'll find a ping pong table, extra refrigerator for snacks and drinks in the garage for your enjoyment. Additionally, there is a brand new Peloton bike for your use! Get a ride in while you wait your turn to serve.

The neighborhood has paved walking trails and a basketball court. inside by the board games, is a basketball and football you can take down to the playgrounds with you or play outside.

If coming to a concert at the Idaho Center, this is your ideal location. The Idaho Center, where they host concerts galore all year long, is right down the street in under10 minutes, or a short Uber ride instead of paying for parking in the full lots there. It is also only 5 minutes to I-84 and an easy 15 minute drive to Boise.

Guests have access to the entire property plus 2 car garage.

We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would. As such, you are welcome to park in our driveway, but please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM.

Please note that there is an exterior camera that is only facing the front door and front yard.

-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
