Laundry room, outside shower, hot tub, fire pit, grill as well as outdoor furniture set up, including loungers, hammock and large umbrellas to enjoy the al fresco lifestyle in Florida. Private tropical landscaped back yard with mango trees. Hurricane impact window and doors. Few minutes to the beach and Atlantic Ave
Auto sprinklers, smoke detectors, motion camera security lights, ring door bell.
Dogs under 20 pounds, on case to case basis, no aggressive breeds, max 2. Pet non refundable deposit $500 per dog. Landlord to approve.
