Welcome to our newly updated Adirondack retreat within the Conklin Cottage home, centrally located in the charming village of Saranac Lake, 15 minutes from downtown Lake Placid. This two bedroom, one bathroom unit is perfect for home base for any ADK trip.

We are local experts - ask us anything, we’re here to ensure your ADK stay is one to remember.

Welcome to our updated ADK Mountain View retreat centrally located in charming Saranac Lake w/parking, 15 mins from Lake Placid. Primary bedroom boasts a king bed with hand-crafted pine ceiling with natural light. Upstairs room w/queen bed and mountain view window. Full bath provides an updated shower. Comfortable living room is perfect for lounging and has mountain view window.

Location, location, location! After a long day on the mountain skiing/boarding, adventuring on cross-country skis, snowmobiling, ice climbing, tubing snowshoeing or otherwise exploring our winter wonderland, you’re conveniently located in the center of town.

Walking distance to everything Saranac Lake has to offer: Lake Flower, coffee shops, bagel/bakery shop, grocery store, farmers market, bars, retail shops, and restaurants. Come see why Saranac Lake was voted “Best Place to Buy a Lake House in 2023” by Travel + Leisure (Oct. 2022)!

Saranac convenience

This property was perfect for what we needed. It was located in a convenient part of town with off street parking. It was clean and the owner’s communication and information was friendly and helpful.

Home base

While part of our group was a wedding in Saranac Lake, we enjoyed walking the town and visiting the shops. Just a short drive to Lake Placid gives you endless choices to eat and drink.

Lake Placid 1/2 Marathon

My husband and daughter.were doing the running. Found this nice place that was a.bit less expensive than Vrbo in Placid. All we needed for our stay. Right down to slippers to put on, so not to track dirt in It was.a wet.weekend. we hope to be back. Highly recommend. Except if you can not do a lot of stairs
