Property sits on 80 archers surrounded by the National Manistee Forest. Outside your back door at the tip of the ridge is a breathtaking view of the Manistee River. If you’d like a closer look, walk the steps to one of Mich. best fishing spots, Tippy Dam. Amazing Accommodations!!

We had a group of 16 stay here on our annual golf trip. Everyone was in agreement that this was their favorite place that we have ever stayed in the 21 years that we have been doing this trip! We will definitely be returning in the future when our trip brings us this way. We loved utilizing the fire pit, the game room/ entertainment cabin. As well as everyone bunking in the same cabin with their own bed! Not to mention the amount of bathrooms was outstanding.

Mom's 60th Birthday!

Tippy Dam Lodge was the perfect set up for our family to celebrate our mothers 60th birthday. The lodge was very clean. They had everything you need, from cooking utensils, horse pits with lights, cards and other games, fans, and much more. Would defiantly come back again.
