Cute, updated, and trendy apartment with perfect walk ability to shops, bars, and restaurants. We were allowed to check in early, which I appreciated, and Craig didn’t bog us down with a long list of rules, requests, and check-in/out procedures. It is in an apartment building, though, so you can hear the going-ons of the others in the buildings, but we were never disturbed. Everyone in the building seemed respectful of their noise.

I started managing short-term rentals in 2020 for other companies. In November of 2022, I started my own management company, TreeTown Property Management. I manage multiple houses and apartments in the Boise Area (Mainly the Northend) and currently manage 3 in the mountains close to Idaho City. I have lived in Boise since moving here from Venice CA in 1999. I've grown to love the friendly people and all the many activities available in the Boise Area.
Why they chose this property
Originally built in 1880 as a private residence, The Franklin House has since been added onto in the back and was converted into apartments quite a few years ago. The current owner has gutted the property and remodeled the entire space, keeping the original woodwork and high ceilings, and turning the units into beautiful, furnished apartments.
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location! Just a short walk to beautiful downtown Boise, with many restaurants and pubs to choose from. Old-world charm meets modern convenience at The Franklin House. Short to long-term stays or welcome.
