Ladies Retreat

Really loved sitting on the porch watching the sun rise! Great communcation with the owner. Beautiful house! We definitely want to come back! Took the Ferry to cape lookout and we loved that also! Highly recommende.q

Beautiful home

It was a beautiful house with a great yard for the kids to play. Very spacious dining and hangout area inside with plenty of comfortable beds. Sound is almost in casting distance with tons of local spots to fish. Absolutely the best host we have ever had in a vacation home!!! We cannot wait for our next trip thanks so much jason for all your hospitality until next time!

Best VRBO stay ever!

The property was beautiful, clean, peaceful and the views were breathtaking. The owner communicated well and was so accommodating. We came with a large group for a bachelorette trip and we had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed.We will definitely be back to stay again on a family trip and we are hoping to book later this summer. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a special getaway!

Paxtons' Wedding

Jason was an awesome host. The property was absolutely perfect. Check in was easy and the house was lovely. Very relaxing. The sound is beautiful. Loved Brown Island. Would love to visit firsthand. Had a great time with family. Local restaurants were great. My great niece got married at the beautiful Beaufort Hotel.

Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a wedding and the Yellowfin Inn was perfect for our family. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Has a big yard and nice porch area for watching the kiddos play. Communication with the host was awesome.

We had a great time during our visit. Host was nearby if anything was needed. House was great, some of the areas were still being built out but nothing we couldn’t deal with. Can’t wait to see it completely finished and hopefully stay again next year. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful few days at the Inn. The pictures were exactly as portrayed on the website. The view from the house was amazing along with the sunset. I couldn't say any more nicer things about Jason. He was hospitable, the house was spotless, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I can't sleep without a white noise machine and I was pleasantly surprised to see one in the master bedroom downstairs! We will definitely come back again.

Quiet, clean, and beautiful property! Awesome host!!

It was a super clean, updated, and quiet rental. We chose it for a big family vacation to the beach just for space it provided. It was right near the water for fishing and the water provided a nice breeze. For this reason, the beautiful back deck was the family hang out spot for the entire trip! It was an easy property to get to, and the local beaches weren't far away! Host was very responsive! He provided restaurant suggestions among other things. He keeps the house well-stocked with all the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and other necessary essentials. Which was very helpful! As a fun bonus, this rental property has the most comfortable beds!! We will definitely be staying at this property again.

Perfectly located, super clean and fantastic host!

From the start the host Jason was super accommodating. We scheduled a fishing charter a month in advance, as we were on our way from out of town the charter canceled on us the day before the trip. I shared the details with Jason and asked if he knew of anyone that could possibly take us out. Within two hours (at 7pm) Jason found us another charter and saved our trip which he didn’t have to do. When we arrived at the house it was actually better than we expected. The view is absolutely beautiful, the house itself is setup perfectly, everything is new, super clean and very well stocked. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jason made us feel at home and seems to be a local favorite. Don’t miss out on this one!

Lovely house with beautiful view

Overall, a good stay. The view from the upstairs bedrooms was lovely, the beds were comfy. The kitchen was very clean and they had plenty of cookware for us to use. There was enough space for everyone to sit down and eat, including an outdoor table on the deck with a very calming, enjoyable view. The house is a short drive to Harkers Island (to take the ferry) and Beaufort which is where we planned to spend most of our time. There’s a pier 6mins away where we enjoyed the most amazing sunset. They have a binder where they recommend local restaurants. We tried crossroads pizza and it was great, and very close by. If I had to say anything negative, and this is very personal, we arrived on a rainy night and the living room lights were on so it was scary getting there bc I thought someone was living there or I was trying to get into the wrong house. Other than that, the house was very clean, except the bathrooms needed some work and the outdoor chairs had a lot of pet hair, as well as one of the throw blankets on the downstairs bedroom. The white couch upstairs could really use a good cleaning, but it’s just details that could easily be taken care of. We would definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed it.
