A tidy, roomy, property that functioned well for me and my old fishing partner. A couple of old geezers, we seek bargains, and this fit the bill. Less expensive than two hotel rooms, much more spacious, and well-located for everything we needed. Excellent A/C during record-breaking heat. I would re-book if back in the area.
The only thing on description missing was hot tub or sauna. This, however, did not hurt our stay. They thought of everything. Games for all ages. A large selection of spices, teas, some coffee and snacks. Sundries for bathroom. Plenty of usb ports for electronics. We hope to stayhere again in the future.
Communication with the host was great. The house is very clean and kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, whatever cooking utensils you need, and spices. Check-in was simple. We came for the eclipse and it was a perfect location for that. Plenty of space for 8-10 people. Only complaints are the odd lighting choices (tube fluorescent in the family room and flood lights in the bathroom), and the beds are quite hard (though we slept well). But was happy with the stay.
This home was exactly as advertised. It was within extremely close proximity to anything you could need, & right down the street from the ball fields which was the purpose of our stay. My only complaint was that there was not a broom or vacuum to clean up any messes left on the hardwood flooring.
