Exactly What You Need

We needed to get away and unwind from work and our everyday routine and the Cliffside Tiny Home provided just that! We came for the valley views and hot tub, but better yet the host provided everything for smores that could be made with the outdoor fire table top. A pair of binoculars was also provided which I found much joy in.

Great stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful getaway weekend at the Tiny House! The view was absolutely spectacular and we really enjoyed spending most of our time outside in the rocking chairs or eating outside at the table. The house had a Blackstone grill which was so fun to cook on! It came with all the essentials you need to stay for the weekend. It was very relaxing. The only trouble we had was finding the outside remotes to the fans and tv but I messaged the host and he replied quickly to explain. The only thing you need to be prepared for during your stay is the spiders and bugs! You’re in the woods so they are everywhere…not much you can do about it and they love to sneak in the house so keep the doors closed!

Why they chose this property

Cliffside is a floor to ceiling shiplapped 400-sq.ft. tiny home, secluded yet easily accessible, only 5 minutes from Highway 111. The home accommodates two adult guests with a Queen bed located in the open living area that includes a bench, loveseat and smart TV. The bathroom features a standup shower, bluetooth speaker/fan and washer/dryer. In the kitchenette, you'll find a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and countertop convection oven.

Right outside your door is the outdoor living space. On the covered porch, you'll have access to a swing and Blackstone propane flat top grill. From there, the large paved patio leads you to our favorite morning coffee spot with two rocking chairs overlooking the breathtaking East Tennessee landscape. On the patio, you can also hang out fireside under the vaulted cedar pavilion furnished with outdoor couches and a hot tub!

Enjoy complimentary coffee in the traditional pot or Chemex pour over as well as towels, bedding, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer. Other stocked items include a first aid kit, bug spray, flashlights etc.

Parking includes space for multiple vehicles, trailers and RV hookup.

What makes this property unique

Access the property via coded gate entry. Guests can access the tiny home, parking area, and outdoor living areas. Guests are welcome to explore the wooded areas surrounding the property as well.

Other things to note
The tiny home is located on the edge of the bluff with a partially fenced in precipice, making it unsuitable for children/pets.

The home does not have a dishwasher. We do provide sponges, dish liquid, and a drying mat if needed during your stay. It is not necessary to wash dishes before checkout.

* Please use the hot tub at your own risk.
