Old Town Key West Live like a local
Live like a local! This vacation flat is located at Mile marker 1, and sits nestled above the street right on Truman Avenue, in the heart of Old Town Key West. Our goal is to provide a space where you can work, live, play and immerse yourself into the local flavor of the island. This special place is equipped with two unique bedrooms, living area, kitchen, bathroom and in suite laundry.
We provide a Locals guide for everyone from the first time visitor to the experienced enjoy Key West!
Floors two and three apartment on Truman avenue in the heart of Old Town. A brand new laid back Kombucha Tea house is located at the street level below the apartment.
The entire space is yours, with an electronic keypad at both the street level and at the apartment entrance.

Why they chose this property
We would love to host you and your guests at our Key West vacation home. We understand staying for one month or more is a large financial and personal investment. We would like to equip you with as much information as possible prior to accepting your booking.
The following is a list of things we feel are important for you to know:
What it is:
The vacation home is the upper portion of our building and the lower is currently retail space rented to a Kombucha tea store
There is an internal flight of stairs to the flat entrance. The flat is two levels, the second floor has one bedroom, living room and kitchen on the main floor, and a second bedroom, bathroom and laundry are on the third floor
What it is not:
We do not have an outdoor space except for our small outdoor sitting area that is accessible from the living room. Old town locations are limited in outdoor space
There is not a pool on the premises, however there are several options including the MLK Community pool, the Truman Annex splash pad (both pictured in our listing), and Dantes poolside bar that are options for locals to use. Many of the hotels on the island also offer day passes for use of their pools and water amenities.
Truman avenue can get busy; we do not have a dedicated parking space. Often a parking space can be found outside the building or within a block or two
We do have a gentleman’s club directly across the street; there is limited activity there, but if this is off putting to you or your guests, we wanted to let you know it is there prior to booking
