You will vacation in style with 4 bedrooms and 4 full private bathrooms, this home is equipped to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Upon entering the home you will be greeted with a wide-open and bright living area with a large TV and plenty of comfortable seating. The living space flows into the dining space which offers seating for 6 at the table and additional seating for 4 at the bar. The kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals while on vacation. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and the necessary cookware and dishes provide all of the comforts of home! The large deck faces the Gulf and offers plenty of lounging room to soak in the views and relax with your favorite cocktail.

All 4 of the spacious bedrooms feature a television, ceiling fan and private full bathrooms.The Master bedroom is complete with a king size bed and access to the large deck. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 have queen beds and Bedroom 4 sleeps 6 guests in 2 Twin over Queen bunk beds.

The location is great for those who really want to be far from the hustle and bustle of a city. About Morgantown
Morgantown is a lovely residential community located in Fort Morgan. Guests staying in Morgantown will have access to two community swimming pools, four tennis courts, and three boardwalks that provide direct access to the beach.


Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, The Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
