Relax and enjoy the sunshine, 10 minutes to Skydive City, 20 minutes to Tampa and Busch Gardens, 45 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to outlet mall, 1 hour to Orlando and Disney! Minutes to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Enjoy a quiet walk or bike ride in the evening around the community ponds, play putt putt or basketball in the park or stay in and read a book or play cards/ board games, watch a video with your family!
