Property needs major TLC
The home is in a beautiful location; however, it is very clear that the upkeep of the home is not happening. The batteries in every remote was out - leaving the TV's and some of the light fixtures non functioning. The heater was out in the home and we were told that the nest company was unable to come until after our departure. Hot water in the upstairs bathrooms does not heat leaving one shower for the whole house. The downstairs master bathroom had a broken chain for the toilet; therefore, you couldn't flush the toilet in the only functioning shower at the house...super awkward for guests. The pool table has had every queue stick broken or the felt heads removed - so you're left to share one stick. While the host was responsive we were left to deal with a lot of issues that should have been addressed prior to our arrival. I believe this could be a great stay for people if the owner/host can address the issues being reported. Looking at previous reviews I see that the water issue was previously mentioned and this has still not been resolved. We overall were disappointed in our stay and would not return to this property in its current condition.
