Welcome to the PARK SIDE Studio! Private entrance w/ NO contact check-in. Located directly next to Harding Park, making it ideal for you to bring your furry companion with you for your stay! DOG FRIENDLY!

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00AM. A late check out fee of $20 for every 30 minutes past 11:00AM will be applied.
PET FEE: $40, must be paid 24 hours prior to check-in.

-You must be able to climb stairs. There are TWO stairs up to the front porch entryway.
- There is a potential for noise. This unit faces I-696 and you may experience some traffic related noise during busy hours of the day.
