Calypso 3-1411 - Beach N View is a New building (opened in 2021) luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ocean view, condo located in Panama City Beach next to the Embassy Suite Convention Center and Pier Park. Beach N View sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Enjoy spectacular 14th floor gulf/sunset/pier views from your private balcony! It has the best sunsets I have ever seen. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants at Pier Park. Huge heated resort pool, hot tub, fire pit, tiki bar,cabanas and restaurant.
The Space:
Master has a king bed with a 65" Tv. Guest Room king bed with 65" Tv, Bunkroom has a twin over a Full with a 43" Tv. Living room has a 82" TV. Master bath has large walk in shower. Guest bath has tub/shower/ In laundry room in beach cart and in guest closet is 4 beach chairs.
Guest Access:
You have full access to all except the owners closet and cabinets above the washer and dryer.
The Neighborhood:
Next To Pier Park, Embassy Suites Convention Center.
Getting Around:
At this amazing location you have Pier Park right next store and Frank Brown park is within walking distance for concerts. If you drive we have a parking garage attached by a walk way. Parking pass is included in the resort fee along with the wrist bands.
Other Things to Note:
Please note no pets are allowed and no parties. Drinks are allowed on pool deck just no glass and must keep drinks away from the edge of the pool. No smoking in the unit or balcony. It is a smoke free building.

I had a dream of someday owning a place by the beach. In 2021, We finally made it happen. We bought at Calypso Tower 3, 14th floor in Panama City Beach. I know you will love our place as much as we do. I'm always sad when we have to leave! The location and views are amazing. In the morning, it is so peaceful to sit on the balcony and watch the waves come in. At night, you can sit and have a romantic dinner and watch some of the most mesmerizing sunsets I have ever seen. Our condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with 1321 sq. ft. of interior living space that sleeps 9. The balcony is 150 sq. ft. with lots of seating to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The Kitchen is decked out with everything you could possibly need to cook those special meals. You will find luxury linens and towels in our bedrooms. I want you to feel like you are in heaven and being pampered. Enjoy your stay!

Have you ever been disappointed with the place you stayed at with the decor, linens, kitchen supplies ect.. When we bought our place, I wanted to supply all high-end items to make my guests feel pampered. We furnished the bedrooms with really nice light down comforters (hypo-allergenic), duvet covers, extra pillows and luxury sheets. The kitchen is furnished with high end pots and pans (All Clad), Crate and Barrel dishes and top of the line silverware. In our bathrooms we have supplied plush bath towels, hair dryers, makeup mirrors and a teak shower bench in the master bath. On our huge balcony we have two chaise lounge chairs, pub table with 4 chairs, and two Adirondack chairs. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath can sleep 9 guests. I want you to feel like you are at home and in luxury! Enjoy your stay!
