The Space:
We take pride in personally owning and managing our cabins. You will get a much more tailored and personal experience with me vs a property management company.

Please save our cabin by clicking on the ❤️ in the upper right hand corner, this will help you find it again and share it with other people!

Nestled in the heart of the Ouachita National Forest, Pretty Girl offers a luxurious and secluded retreat for those seeking peace and tranquility. The cabin's interior is a charming blend of rustic and modern design, featuring a combination of natural wood and stone, with accents of cool tones of blue that blend harmoniously with the surrounding forest.

- 1,100 Sq ft, steps away from Lukfata Creek!

LIVING ROOM:
As you enter the cabin, the first thing you notice is the stunning living room. The room is spacious and airy, with large windows that allow for expansive natural light and offer breathtaking views of the forest. The centerpiece of the room is the fireplace, which adds a cozy and inviting ambiance, perfect for snuggling up on the sofa with a good book. Stream your favorite movies or watch live TV on the 60" LG SmartTV (BYOP, you log into your streaming accounts).

KITCHEN:
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. We provide:

- Crock pot
- Griddle
- Ninja Blender
- Cutting boards / knife set / Utensils / Dishes (child safe dishes and utensils also)
- Toaster
- Dual k-cup/pot coffee maker
- Pots and pans, and all utensils and dishes
- Paper Products

You can dine at the island or at either the inside or outside tables. I love the beautiful panoramic view from the deck. You might even catch a glimpse of some deer or racoons! (my favorite!)

MASTER SUITE:
The spacious master suite is a luxurious oasis, featuring a king-sized bed, dual vanities, a soaker tub, a large walk-in shower wit dual shower heads, and a full size washer & dryer in the closet. The room's decor is a continuation of the cabin's blue tones, creating a soothing and peaceful ambiance that encourages rest and relaxation.

OUTDOORS:
AMAZING VIEWS! Beautiful sunsets, see the stars!

The cabin's outdoor amenities are equally impressive. A fire pit and BBQ grill make it easy to enjoy a delicious meal under the stars, while a private hot tub provides the ultimate in relaxation. Step outside onto the large deck, and you'll find even more amenities to enjoy. A gas fireplace and outdoor seating make the deck the perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon or an evening under the stars. A large television lets you catch up on your favorite shows while taking in the surrounding natural beauty.

One of the most unique features of the Pretty Girl cabin is its proximity to Lukfata Creek. Just steps away from the cabin, the creek is the perfect place to explore the natural beauty of the area. Listen to the sound of the water flowing and soak in the tranquil surroundings.

The name Pretty Girl cabin is a nod to the natural beauty of the area and the cabin's luxurious and feminine design. With its secluded location, luxurious amenities, and stunning natural surroundings, Pretty Girl cabin cabin is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and connect with nature.

Guest Access:
- Entire cabin and property is yours to enjoy!

The Neighborhood:
Maintained roads bring you to the cabin. The last half mile or so is a maintained dirt road with some pot-holes. The last 1/8 mile of the road does wash out occasionally - we recommend bringing a small SUV or pickup until the road is repaired.

Getting Around:
Easy parking on a rock paved semi-circle driveway in front of the cabin. This makes unloading and loading your luggage a breeze. The steps are backlit for easy navigation during evening hours.

We are a short 5-10 minute car ride to all the attractions and restaurants in Hochatown. 15 minute drive to beautiful Beavers Bend State Park

Other Things to Note:
- We have two outdoor cameras that face away from two entry/exit points. Your privacy and safety are my top priority.

- For your convenience, we will provide a starter kit of paper products, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. Additional supply is the responsibility of the guest.

- Firewood not provided

- Spices not provided

- The hot tub is completely drained, sanitized and refilled between each guest

- To do our part in preventing electrical outages we have the thermostat set to a minimum cooling set point of 68 degrees, heating max set point of 73 degrees.

- Wasps / bugs are a thing in the woods. We cannot guarantee a bug-free environment as entry points for bugs are tiny nooks and cracks in the structure as well as doors being opened and closed frequently. We had the cabin completely sealed inside & out in January 2025. Additionally the cabin is fogged / fumigated multiple times per year by our pest control vendor during the spring and fall. Wasps / bugs are most active in the Fall and Spring when weather patterns fluctuate and they seek warmth.
