Welcome to our three bedroom, one full bathroom & one outdoor shower bayside home at 733 21st Street, Avalon, NJ 08202! Sleeps up to 7!

Starting 05/18/24 and ending 10/12/24 there is a 7-night minimum stay, beginning and ending on a Saturday. (Check in Saturday 4PM, Check out Saturday 10AM)

LOCATION: Stylish, clean and comfortable home is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the attractions of Avalon. Short distance to Avalon's town center for dining, shopping, bars and activities. Enjoy the bay where you can kayak, bodyboard or float, it's only a handful of houses away at the end of 21st Street! Build memories with a short drive or bike ride to 21st St. beach (free parking in all borough lots)!

INSIDE: One-level single family home is ready for you to enjoy! The entire house and amenities are exclusive for your use. Updated home features three bedrooms, one full bathroom, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, comfortable family room, and modern eat-in kitchen with table seating for 4. The bedrooms consist of two queen beds and a bunkbed with a full and a twin (4beds total). This home best accommodates up to 7 guests.

OUTSIDE: Enjoy the fresh air on our oversized & equipped front porch or backyard - it's a wonderful place to unwind after a fun filled day! Outdoor shower attached in the back. A full size gas-grill, Adirondack chairs, and cushioned swivel chairs are available for your use. You can park on the stone front yard or on the street.

Important Notes:
- Linens, towels, toiletries and beach equipment is not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own. Beach tags are not included!
- Strict No Parties Rule: Avalon Borough has a strict noise code. In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our Rental License for three consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our Rental License is revoked for any period due to a code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME.

Notice: Cameras monitor the outdoor spaces around our home for safety and security purposes. We require photo ID for the booking guest prior to your stay.

Excellent property

This was an excellent rental option- a great property- very clean and modern with lots of amenities. The kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were comfy. We loved hanging on the front porch in the evenings. Short drive (less than a mile) to the heart of Avalon. The hosts were great and responded quickly. Would stay again.

Great property for a golf getaway

The property was clean and tidy. Everything we needed for kitchen use was also provided (appliances, pots and pans and also dinnerware. Super convenient location to all the great courses we played. A shout out to Clarissa the property manager who responded promptly to our questions. TWO THUMBS UP
