Skip the long lines of SDCity traffic by being on the west side! Easily enjoy the rush of Branson while being able to stay in the more secluded, quiet Branson West. Only 15 steps to the top level with a front porch that overlooks one of the 2 pools on site, and a back deck that looks into the Ozark woods. Location provides quick access to both pools, playground, outdoor eating area, and hiking trail down to the private lake where there is no fishing license required. Inside you'll find a cozy atmosphere with a well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer unit, living room and master suite that look out onto the deck. Sit on the back porch sipping coffee, enjoying the birds and the view.

Why they chose this property
We love this property for its "at-home" feel and its location to Silver Dollar City! We are all about family time so we wanted a cozy spot to come back to after a fun day at SDC or on the Branson Strip. Notch Estates feels like it's tucked away from all the noise, but it's close enough for a short drive to all the attractions Branson offers.
